Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with team leads and staff to meet company targets and deadlines
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports
- Manage resources, schedules, and budgets within your area of responsibility
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly
